Jinniu New Material holds May work summary and commendation meeting

To summarize the work in May, further promote advanced, set benchmarks, and inspire employees' enthusiasm and creativity, the company held a May work summary and commendation meeting on the evening of June 7. Group Chairman Jia Xiaoping attended the meeting and delivered an important speech.

The meeting solemnly commended the outstanding marketing stars and outstanding employees from April to May; representatives of the Marketing Center, Wang Zheng, the Procurement Department, Zhang Jing, and the Color Printing Workshop, Lu Ning, respectively spoke on behalf of the outstanding employees.

General Manager Vince Jia summarized the work from April to May on behalf of the company, congratulated the advanced workers who received the marketing stars and outstanding employee awards,arranged and deployed the work tasks for June.

Chairman Jia Xiaoping made comments on the work from April to May, briefly analyzed the opportunities and challenges faced by the company, and encouraged the management team and all employees to invest in the company's reform and development with a confident attitude towards victory. He delivered an important speech on doing the current and future work well:

First, to focus on marketing work. Deepen cultivation, serve customers well, and take foreign trade business as a key focus for the coming period. Always adhere to building long-term stable cooperation with customers, regularly revisit, communicate, and exchange, understand customers' new business and needs, track feedback in a timely manner and provide customized solutions; deeply analyze favorable policies, accurately grasp the target market, multi-channel marketing, fully cover potential customers, increase brand exposure and customer conversion rates.

Second, to focus on the four bottom lines. Internally, the company should focus on quality, efficiency, cost, and safety, truly implement practical measures, seek breakthroughs, achieve practical results, and ensure that all work is effectively implemented.

Third, to focus on team building. According to the company's development needs, quickly introduce sales, foreign trade, research and development and other professional talents, and plan to supplement frontline operators. Continue to strengthen internal training, focus on system construction, improve internal management standards, and build an efficient, collaborative, innovative, and outstanding team to provide solid support for the company's development.
